Delivery

Our current dispatch time is 1-2 weeks due to high demand. We can offer speedier delivery for certain items, if you require something for an earlier date please enquire before purchasing.

We use 1st Class Royal Mail for our deliveries which usually takes 1-3 days. Delivery costs £3.99 plus an additional £0.50 per additional item and is automatically applied at checkout.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns of personalised products. We will only accept return items that are faulty within 14 days of purchase. If you receive a faulty item please contact us at hello@boujibridecompany.com.
